In the Fall of 2016 Pedagogy class, we created two different tutorials on topics of our choice, one as a video, using Adobe Captivate, and one as a PDF instructional guide. I chose to demonstrate, through a video posted to YouTube, how to use Google Maps to plan a bus route in Madison, Wisconsin and how to use a Open Reel-to-Reel Player as a PDF guide.

We also created a hypothetical three workshop series. My workshop series called “Teens Teaching Tech” is a proposal to teach high school volunteers how to teach technology to adult learners. The first workshop in the series gives high school volunteers the pedagogical and communication tools necessary to teach the second and third workshops–the computer basics workshops for adult learners. Below is a detailed description of the workshop series, along with a link, in Part 7, to a lesson plan slideshow for the first adult computer basics workshop.
